摘要
对定制家具的生产需求进行精准预测,有助于家具企业进行有效的决策,包括提前制定生产计划、提前规划生产资源等,以期合理分配现有的生产资源并根据预测结果合理储备资源。本文以A企业家具的产品订单需求量为研究对象,分析其需求影响因素,在建立SARIMA模型及BP神经网络预测模型的基础上,建立SARIMABP组合算法的需求预测模型,并选用实际数据,验证所构建的需求预测模型的有效性,结果表明本文提出的预测模型与方法对企业精准预测订单需求量具有较大的应用价值。
Accurate prediction of custom furniture production demand is helpful for enterprises to make effective decisions,including making production plans in advance and planning production resources to rationally allocate existing production resources and reserve resources reasonably according to the forecast results.This study focuses on analyzing the order demand for furniture products at Company A.We examine the influencing factors of this demand and establish a demand prediction model using a combined algorithm of SARIMA and BP neural network prediction models.The model's effectiveness is verified using actual data,demonstrating its practical value for accurately forecasting order demand in enterprises.
