摘要
职场性骚扰已成为性别研究的重要议题,作为各国普遍面临的社会问题,其不仅是对社会秩序的挑战,也是对个人权益的侵犯。权力差异与等级制度、组织氛围、性别偏见态度等因素被认为与性骚扰的发生有着密不可分的关系。职场性骚扰不仅对受害者的身心健康与职业发展造成伤害,同时在组织内部也造成恶劣影响,使负面后果扩散到组织和社会层面。聚焦性别不平等角度,通过总结与分析性骚扰的成因、影响因素及相关后果,探讨与展望职场性骚扰的防治与反馈机制,可揭示出女性在职场性骚扰行为中的受害处境及面临的现实伤害。如何建立更好的防治和反馈机制以消除工作场所中的不当性行为,还需进一步深化有关方面的研究。
Sexual harassment in the workplace has become a widely discussed gender issue.It has become widespread in many countries.Not only does it disrupt social order,but it also violates personal rights.Power differences and hierarchy,organizational atmosphere,sexism and other factors are closely related to the occurrence of workplace sexual harassment.This kind of improper behavior negatively impacts the physical and mental health and career development of victims.It also leads to adverse effects within the or-ganization,causing negative consequences spreading to both organizational and social levels.This research summarizes and analyzes the causes,influencing factors,and related consequences of sexual harassment.It explores and proposes prevention and feedback mechanisms for addressing this issue.Focusing on the perspective of gender inequality,this study reveals the harmful effect of sexual harassment to women.Fur-ther research is needed to establish better prevention and feedback mechanisms to eliminate workplace sexual harassment.
