摘要
前列腺癌(Prostate cancer, PCa)已成为严重威胁全球中老年男性健康的疾病之一,是最常见的中老年男性恶性肿瘤之一,占男性肿瘤的十分之一。研究发现中医药在干预抗前列腺癌发生过程中起着不可忽视的作用,综述近年来关于中医药治疗前列腺癌现代机制研究进展。通过从前列腺癌的中医病因病机、相关通路机制如(磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶(PI3K)/蛋白激酶AKT/雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mTOR)信号通路(Phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase/protein kinase/rapamycin target protein, PI3K/AKT/mTOR)、核转录因子-κB信号通路(Nuclear transcription factor-κB)、Notch信号通路、分泌型糖蛋白(Wnt)/β-链蛋白(β-catenin)信号通路(Ecretory glycoprotein/β-catenin, Wnt/β-catenin)、转化生长因子-β/Smads(Transforming growth factor-β/Smads, TGF-β/Smads)等信号通路及雄激素受体(Androgen receptors, AR))、中药有效成分[姜黄素(Curcumin)槲皮素(Quercetin)、和厚朴酚(Honokiol)、重楼皂苷Ⅰ(Polyphyllin I)]、单味中药(龙葵、白花蛇舌草、灵芝、薏苡仁)和中药复方(TCM-1、CFF-1、周氏芪凌方、西黄丸)对前列腺癌的干预等方面归纳整理,展现出中医药治疗前列腺癌的独特优势,以期为中医药抗前列腺癌的基础研究与临床实践的进一步探索提供依据。
Prostate cancer has become a serious threat to the health of middle-aged and elderly men in the world and is one of the most common middle-aged and elderly male malignant tumors,accounting for one tenth of male tumors.Studies have found that traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in the intervention of anti-prostate cancer.This article reviewed the research progress on the modern mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of prostate cancer in recent years.Through the etiology and pathogenesis of prostate cancer in traditional Chinese medicine,the related pathway mechanism[phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase(PI3K)/protein kinase AKT/rapamycin target protein(mTOR)signaling pathway,nuclear transcription factor-κB signaling pathway,Notch signaling pathway,secretory glycoprotein(Wnt)/β-catenin signaling pathway,transforming growth factor-β/Smads signaling pathways and androgen receptors(AR)],the effective components of traditional Chinese medicine(curcumin,quercetin,honokiol,polyphyllin I),single Chinese medicine[Longkui(Herba Solani Nigri),Baihuasheshecao(Herba Hedyoti Diffusae),Lingzhi(glossy ganoderma),Yiyiren(Coicis Semen)and traditional Chinese medicine compound[TCM-1,CFF-1,Zhou's Qiling Formula(周氏芪凌方),Xihuang Pill(西黄丸)]on the intervention of prostate cancer.This study demonstrated the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of prostate cancer,in order to provide a basis for the further exploration of basic research and clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine against prostate cancer.
