摘要
目的检索、评价和总结脑卒中患者吞咽障碍管理的最佳证据。方法检索UpToDate、BMJ、JBI、Embase、美国指南网(NGC)、Cochrane图书馆、Web of Science、PubMed、CINAHL、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国知网(CNKI)、万方等中关于脑卒中患者吞咽障碍管理的相关文献,检索时限为2018年1月-2023年3月。并对文献进行筛选、质量评价、证据提取和汇总。结果共纳入32篇文献,最后总结了8个方面共44条证据,包括多学科协作、筛查与评估、营养管理、治疗与康复、并发症预防、健康教育、医护人员培训、患者随访。结论总结了脑卒中患者吞咽障碍管理相关证据,可为临床实践提供循证依据。
Objective To retrieve,evaluate and summarize the best evidences for the management of dysphagia among stroke survivors.Methods The evidence of dysphagia management of stroke survivors was searched in databases including UpToDate,BMJ,JBI,Embase,National Guideline Clearinghouse,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,PubMed and CINAHL,as well as China Biology Medicine(CBM),China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Wanfang data.The retrieval period was January 2018 to March 2023.The literatures were screened,quality evalvated,evidence extracted and summarized.Results A total of 32 articles were found,yielding 44 pieces of best evidence covering eight aspects of multidisciplinary collaboration,dysphagia screening and assessment,dysphagia nutritional management,treatment and rehabilitation,prevention of complications,health education,personnel training,and patient follow-up.Conclusion The best evidence summarized in this study offers evidence-based support for clinical practice.
