摘要
高职商务英语专业课程体系存在适应性不足、校企共育和课证融通不足等问题,其成因主要在于商务英语专业未充分了解社会用人需求,未明确与其对应的X证书,课程设置存在盲目性和滞后性。高校应充分分析用人单位的岗位描述和要求,采用数据分析软件对招聘文本进行词频分析,从专业知识、专业技能和专业素养三个维度统计和归纳当前用人单位对商务英语人才的要求。在1+X证书制度框架下,以人才需求为依据,从优化课程体系架构、重塑课程内容、拓展课程资源、强化课程师资和完善课程评价等方面进行改革。
There are some problems in the curriculum system of business English major in higher vocational colleges such as insufficient adaptability,insufficient school-enterprise co-education,and insufficient course-certificate integration.The main reason is that business English major does not fully understand the needs of social employment,does not clarify the corresponding X certificates,and the curriculum arrangement is blind and lags behind.Colleges and universities should fully analyze the employers’job descriptions and requirements,use data analysis software to conduct word frequency analysis on employment texts,and make statistics and summarize the current employers’requirements for business English talents from the three dimensions of professional knowledge,professional skills and professional qualities.Under the framework of the 1+X certificate system,based on talent needs,the reform should be carried out in terms of optimizing the structure of curriculum system,reshaping curriculum content,expanding curriculum resources,strengthening teaching staff,and improving curriculum evaluation.
