摘要
球类运动是当下热门的运动种类,相关用品的材料制备是目前我国体育产业领域的重点方向之一。以篮球、足球、排球等球类运动为例,通过对球类运动用品进行分类,总结了不同球类运动用品的需求差异、性能差异,对球类、运动鞋、防护用品等相关运动用品合成革材料的制备原理和工艺分别进行分析,应用合成革制备球类运动产品,能够充分利用合成革材料种类丰富、可加工性强等优势,满足不同球类运动用品的个性化需求,作为传统天然皮革的有效替代物,合成革在球类运动用品加工领域具有极为广阔的应用前景。旨在为体育产业与合成革材料的融合提供借鉴。
Ball games are a popular type of sports,and the preparation of related supplies is one of the key directions in the field of sports industry in China.Taking basketball,football,volleyball and other ball sports as examples,the demand differences and performance differences of different ball sports goods were summarized by classifying ball sports goods,the preparation principle and process of synthetic leather materials for balls,sports shoes,protective equipment and other related sporting goods were analyzed respectively.The application of synthetic leather in the preparation of ball sports products could fully utilize the advantages of rich variety and strong processability of synthetic leather materials,met the personalized needs of different ball sports products.As an effective substitute for traditional natural leather,synthetic leather had extremely broad application prospects in the field of ball sports product processing,aiming to provide reference for the integration of sports industry and synthetic leather materials.
