摘要
文章对福州古厝建筑遗产的类型构成、分类保护与活化原则、方法、模式进行介绍,指出《福州市历史建筑保护修缮改造设计技术导则》是对《文物保护工程设计文件编制深度要求(试行)》的全面借鉴。基于遗产化的视角,指出由于建筑遗产类型内涵与边界不清,导致对部分类型的福州古厝过度保护,并尝试通过对导则的修订、保护框架的建构,达到科学分类保护的目的,为城乡历史文化保护传承体系建构提供理论基础。
This paper introduces the composition,classification protection and revitalization principles,methods and modes of ancient architectural heritage in Fuzhou,and points out that The Technical Guidelines for the Protection,Repair and Renovation of Historic Buildings in Fuzhou is a comprehensive reference to The Requirements for the Preparation of Design Documents for Cultural Relics Protection Projects(for Trial Implementation).Based on the perspective of heritage,this paper proposes that the unclear connotation and boundary of architectural heritage types have led to the over-protection of some types of Fuzhou ancient buildings,and attempts to achieve the purpose of scientific classification and protection of Fuzhou ancient buildings through the adjustment of the guidelines,and constructing the protection mode and protection framework,which provides a theoretical basis for the construction of urban and rural historical and cultural protection and inheritance system.
