摘要 目的:牦牛是高寒藏区的特色优势产业,是保障牧民生活、提高当地经济效益、推动西部藏区实现乡村振兴的重要抓手。为进一步拓展牦牛产业链、促进农民增收、推动西部地区经济发展及社会稳定,分析当前我国牦牛产业发展现状及问题具有重要意义。方法:通过实地调研、文献阅读、专家咨询座谈等定性分析方法,对中国牦牛产业发展现状进行分析。结果:当前,我国牦牛产业发展面临生产管理能力低下、价格稳定基础薄弱以及有效消费条件不足等问题,长期制约着牦牛产业向纵深发展。结论:针对上述问题,提出加快建设良种繁育和利用机制、提高生产经营效率和管理水平、建立价格长效稳定机制以及改善消费条件,释放消费潜力等解决方案,为我国牦牛产业健康持续发展提供参考依据。 【Objective】Yak is a characteristic and advantageous industry in the alpine Tibetan region.It is an important lever to ensure the livelihood of herdsmen,improve local economic benefits,and promote rural revitalization in the western Tibetan region.In recent years,with the development of the tourism industry,the consumption of yaks and their products has also shown a diversified trend.It is of great significance to analyze the current status and problems of China's yak industry development in order to further expand the yak industry chain,promote farmers'income growth,and promote economic development and social stability in the western region.【Method】This study analyzed the current development status of China's yak industry through qualitative analysis methods such as on-site research,literature review,and expert consultation discussions.【Result】Research shows that the current development of China's yak industry is facing problems such as low production and management capabilities,weak foundation for long-term price stability,and insufficient effective consumption conditions,which have long constrained the deep development of the yak industry.【Conclusion】In response to the above issues,solutions are proposed to accelerate the construction of a mechanism for breeding and utilization of improved breeds,improve production and management efficiency,establish a long-term stable price mechanism,improve consumption conditions,and unleash consumption potential,providing reference for the healthy and sustainable development of China's yak industry.
