摘要
经鼻湿化快速充气交换通气(THRIVE)是当前备受关注的一种无创呼吸支持技术。近年来,基于THRIVE疗效确切、使用方便、舒适度高等优点,其在儿童麻醉诱导、内镜诊疗、术中气道管理、儿童急救中得到了广泛的应用。THRIVE能为保留自主呼吸或呼吸暂停的患儿提供氧气,通过产生气道正压,降低气道阻力,冲刷生理性无效腔,改善黏液纤毛清除功能等原理,快速增加氧储备,满足患儿供氧需求。目前THRIVE的应用前景十分广阔,但仍需要大量的临床试验检验其安全性和有效性。
Transnasal humidified rapid-insufflation ventilatory exchange(THRIVE)is a non-invasive respiratory support technique that has attracted considerable attention.In recent years,based on its proven efficacy,convenience of use and high patient comfort,THRIVE has been widely applied in pediatric anesthesia induction,endoscopic procedures,intraoperative airway management,and pediatric emergencies.THRIVE provides oxygen for patients with preserved spontaneous breathing or respiratory pauses.By generating positive airway pressure,reducing airway resistance,flushing physiological dead space,and improving mucociliary clearance,it rapidly increases oxygen reserve to meet the oxygenation needs of the patients.Currently,THRIVE has a promising application outlook,but extensive clinical trials are still needed to evaluate its safety and effectiveness.
