摘要
多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)作为妇科常见病,困扰着较多女性。以玄府理论为基础,结合脏腑辨证,得出玄府瘀闭为此病病机,而气郁、痰湿、血瘀,是导致玄府瘀闭的主要因素。因此以开玄为治疗大法,从心、肝玄府刺激气机运行,缓解郁闭;从脾玄府芳香化湿,化痰开窍,化解痰浊水湿;从肝、肾、肺玄府活血,促进血液流通,通利瘀血。以此三方面开玄,缓解玄府瘀闭,恢复玄府正常生理功能,从而改善PCOS。故从脏腑生理功能的角度,分析玄府瘀闭所引起的病理表现,不仅符合中医辨证论治的基础思想,也丰富了玄府理论的应用范围,为研究PCOS的病因病机以及治疗提供新方向。
Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a common gynecologic disease that plagues many women.Based on the theory of Xuanfu and combined with the syndrome differentiation of viscera,it is concluded that Xuanfu stasis is the pathogenesis,and qi depression,phlegm dampness,and blood stasis are the main factors leading to Xuanfu stasis.Therefore,the treatment method of opening Xuan is used to stimulate the flow of qi and relieve depression from the heart and liver Xuanfu,aromatize and dissolve dampness,dissolve phlegm and turbidity and dampness from the spleen Xuanfu,and activate blood,promote blood circulation and promote blood stasis from the liver,kidney and lung Xuanfu.In these three aspects,it can alleviate the stasis of Xuanfu and restore the normal physiological function of Xuanfu,thereby improving PCOS.Therefore,from the perspective of the physiological function of viscera,the analysis of the pathological manifestations caused by Xuanfu stasis is not only in line with the basic idea of syndrome differentiation and treatment in traditional Chinese medicine,but also enriches the application scope of Xuanfu theory,and provides a new direction for the study of the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of PCOS.
