水电站金属结构闸门制作及安装焊接技术应用探析 被引量:1

摘要 金属结构闸门是水电站的一种重要设备,用于调节水流的流量和压力。它通常由金属材料制成,如钢铁、铝合金等。在实际作业环节,金属结构作为水电站的重要组成,在水电站的诸多方面都有应用。闸门作为水电站的重要设施,其制作与焊接的都是金属结构,相关人员应对其加强重视。对水电站金属闸门制作及安装焊接技术进行分析,阐述制作与安装技术的特点与难点。然后通过选型、吊装设备选择、闸门运输、埋件安装以及闸门安装等手段,保证闸门质量,为现阶段闸门安装提供建议。 Metal structure gates are an important equipment in hydropower stations,used to regulate the flow rate and pressure of water flow.It is usually made of metal materials,such as steel,aluminum alloys,etc.In practical operation,metal structures,as an important component of hydropower stations,have been applied in many aspects of hydropower stations.As an important facility in hydropower stations,gates are made and welded with metal structures,and relevant personnel should pay more attention to them.This article analyzes the production and installation welding technology of metal gates in hydropower stations,and elaborates on the characteristics and difficulties of production and installation technology.Then,by means of selection,selection of lifting equipment,gate transportation,installation of embedded parts,and gate installation,the quality of the gate is ensured,providing suggestions for the current stage of gate installation.
