摘要
某油田地表水资源贫乏,生产生活用水主要来自水源井。但因水源井受季节和地下水资源富集程度等影响,地层产水量不平稳,无法实时监测水位,深井泵易烧毁。该油田开展数字化油田和智慧油田建设以后,水源井相关参数无法读取和接入,且水源井起下管柱和动力电缆极其不便。因此研制并应用了集成动力电缆、信号电缆的敷缆复合连续管和水源井智能控制系统,能实时读取井下动液面、出口压力、井口流量、监测深井泵运行状态等数据,实现智能监控、远程控制、实时调参、缓起缓停、变频运行、干抽保护、深井泵状态调控等多项功能,同时实现了水源井智能控制,达到了节能减排的目的。
The surface water resources of an oilfield are poor,and the production and domestic water mainly come from water source wells.However,due to the influence of season and groundwater resource enrichment,the water production of the formation is not stable,the water level cannot be monitored in real time,and deep well pumps are prone to burnout.After the implementation of digital and smart oilfield construction in the oilfield,parameters related to water supply wells cannot be read and accessed,in addition,it is inconvenient to lift and lower the pipe string and power cable in water supply wells.In view of these,the cable-laying composite coiled tubing integrated with power cable and signal cable,and the intelligent control system of the water supply well are developed and applied.It can read the data of downhole dynamic liquid level,outlet pressure,wellhead flow,and monitor the operation status of the deep well pump in real time,and realize intelligent monitoring,remote control,real-time parameter adjustment,slow start and slow stop,frequency conversion operation,dry pumping protection,deep well pump status control and other functions.The intelligent control of the water supply well is realized,and the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction is achieved.
