摘要
目的分析补肝肾清湿毒方联合中药外洗治疗宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)感染的临床疗效。方法入选的40例HR-HPV患者均自愿参与,且均为2022年4月—2023年4月入院接受相关治疗,遵循随机原则,将入组的患者均分为对照组(单纯重组人干扰素栓阴道用药,20例)与观察组(对照组基础上加补肝肾清湿毒方联合中药外洗,20例)。对比两种治疗方式的实际应用价值,临床观察指标为临床效果、中医证候评分、HPV转阴率。结果观察组患者临床疗效、HPV转阴率均高于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者阴部瘙痒、带下量多、带下黏稠等积分均呈降低趋势,且观察组患者降低趋势更明显(P<0.05)。结论HR-HPV感染患者应用补肝肾清湿毒方联合中药外洗治疗具有良好的临床应用效果,促进患者临床症状的改善,提升HPV转阴率。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of tonifying liver and kidney and clearing dampness-toxin prescription combined with traditional Chinese medicine external washing in the treatment of high-risk cervical human papillomavirus(HR-HPV)infection.Methods A total of 40 HRHPV patients were enrolled voluntarily,and were admitted to hospital for treatment from April 2022 to April 2023.According to the principle of randomization,the enrolled patients were divided into the control group(20 cases with simple recombinant human interferon embolus)and the observation group(20 cases with tonifying liver and kidney and clearing dampness-toxin prescription combined with external washing of traditional Chinese medicine).Comparing the practical application value of the two treatment methods,the clinical observation indexes were:clinical effect,TCM syndrome score,HPV negative conversion rate.Results The clinical efficacy and HPV negative conversion rate in observation group were higher than those in control group;Compared with before treatment,after treatment,the scores of pubic pruritus,the amount under the strip is large and the strip is sticky in both groups showed a decreasing trend,and the decreasing trend was more obvious in observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of tonifying liver and kidney and clearing dampness-toxin prescription combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of HR-HPV infection patients has a good clinical application effect,promoting the improvement of clinical symptoms and increasing the rate of HPV negative conversion.
