基于CROE助老机械装置的优化设计分析

摘要 随着社会对老年群体关注度的不断提升,老年人因生理变化引起起身站立难题成为当前一大研究重点,迫切的需要充分发挥先进软件技术的优势,开发出一种辅助老年人正常生活的助老机械装置,保障老年人的生活质量。利用美国PTC研发的CROE三维软件,结合机械连杆基本原理,开展新型助老机械装置三维模型设计,开展核心部件结构强度分析,对助老机械装置进行优化和升级,并验证新型助老机械装置结构的合理性、科学性,以期全面提升助老机械装置的质量,确保装置起升板迎合实际使用需求,改善老年人的生活质量。 With the increasing attention paid by society to the elderly population,the difficulty of standing up caused by physiological changes in the elderly has become a major research focus.It is urgent to fully leverage the advantages of advanced software technology and develop an elderly assistance device to assist the elderly in their normal life,ensuring their quality of life.This study mainly utilizes the CROE 3D software developed by PTC in the United States,combined with the basic principles of mechanical linkage,to carry out the 3D model design of a new type of elderly care mechanical device,analyze the structural strength of core components,optimize and upgrade the elderly care mechanical device,and verify the rationality and scientificity of the structure of the new elderly care mechanical device,in order to comprehensively improve the quality of the elderly care mechanical device and ensure that the lifting plate of the device meets the actual usage needs,Improve the quality of life for the elderly.
