摘要
文章以东晓南路—广州南站连接线南段工程第二标段项目为例,探讨了跨既有高速公路的钢箱梁顶推施工技术,并结合实际施工经验,详细阐述了节段划分、布设顶推支架、确定前导梁长度、钢箱梁拼装、顶推、过墩、支架拆除等工艺流程,并提出了顶推法施工的质量控制要点,以供参考。
Taking the second bid section of Dongxiao South Road-Guangzhou South Railway Station connection line south section engineering as an example,this paper discusses the incremental launching construction technology of steel box girder across the existing expressway.Combined with the actual construction experience,it expounds in detail the process flow such as segment division,incremental launching support layout,front launching nose length determination,steel box girder assembly,incremental launching,pier crossing and support removal,and puts forward key quality control points of incremental launching construction for reference.
