摘要
目的:探讨聚乙烯醇栓塞微球(蓝色型,Callispheres^(R))加载及释放吉西他滨特性。方法:高效液相分析法考察Callispheres^(R)加载吉西他滨的载药性能,探讨载药量,载药特性,释放特性。结果:Callispheres^(R)在40min内可吸附40%以上的吉西他滨,吸附了吉西他滨的Callispheres^(R)在64 h内可释放191.5 mg(92.34%)的吉西他滨。结论:Callispheres^(R)可以加载吉西他滨并在较长时间内缓慢释放。
Objective:To investigate the loading and release characteristics of gemcitabine in polyvinyl alcohol embolization microspheres(blue type,Callispheres^(R)).Methods:High performance liquid chromatography was used to investigate the drug loading capacity,drug loading and release characteristics of gemcitabine loaded with polyvinyl alcohol embolic microspheres.Results:The Callispheres^(R) could adsorb more than 40%of gemcitabine in 40 min,and release 191.5 mg(92.34%)of gemcitabine in 64 h.Conclusion:The Callispheres^(R) can load gemcitabine and release it slowly in a long time.
