摘要
本文针对新兴污染物风险提出了3项核心策略:构建基于大数据与人工智能的风险评估平台、推动绿色化学与可持续生产技术发展、建立多方共治的风险管理机制,旨在减少污染物产生,确保环境安全与公众健康。
This article proposes three core strategies for addressing the risks of emerging pollutants:building a risk assessment platform based on big data and artificial intelligence,promoting the development of green chemistry and sustainable production technology,and establishing a multi-party risk management mechanism,aiming to reduce the generation of pollutants,ensure environmental safety and public health.
