摘要
猪粮安天下,生猪产业的健康发展对于保障中国粮食安全意义重大。本研究选取西班牙、德国、丹麦3个欧洲猪业强国作为分析对象,对其生猪养殖场现状和生猪产业发展情况进行分析。结果表明:在生猪产业发展中,3个国家分别形成了西班牙垂直一体化综合模式、德国横向专业发展模式、丹麦合作社组织模式3种生猪产业发展模式,且3个国家的生猪养殖场都在向着更大的规模发展。在此结果基础上,分析了3个国家生猪产业在生猪养殖场规模化、跨产业链发展、生猪养殖户股东化、动物福利环保政策、国际市场方面的发展经验,提出建设合作社综合组织,增强养殖场主的话语权,增大养殖规模,控制养殖密度,控制动物福利、减抗等政策的实施力度,重视育种、兽医、饲料等基础产业发展的启示。
The healthy development of the pig industry is of great significance to ensure China's food security.This study selected Spain,Germany,and Denmark,three European pig industry powerhouses as the analysis objects,analyzed the status quo of pig farms and the development of pig industry in these three European pig industry powerhouses.The results showed that in the development of the pig industry,the three countries have formed three pig industry development models:the Spanish vertical integration comprehensive model,the German horizontal professional development model,and the Danish cooperative organization model,and the pig farms in the three countries are developing towards a larger scale.On this basis,by analyzing the development experience of the pig industry in the three countries in terms of large-scale pig farms,cross-industrial chain development,shareholders of pig farmers,animal welfare and environmental protection policies,and international markets,it was preferred that building a comprehensive organization of cooperatives,enhancing the power of farm owners,increasing the scale of farm,controlling the density of breeding,controlling the policies of animal welfare and reducing antibiotic using,should be paid attention to.
