摘要
Eukaryotic cell division duplicates the chromosomes in the parental cell and equally segregates sister chromatids into daughter cells. This process involves the replication of chromosomal DNA and packaging the replicated DNA in nucleosomes, which consist of~147 base pairs(bp)of DNA wrapped around an octamer of histones H2A,H2B,H3,and H4[1].
