愈“近”愈“远”:乡村学校劳动教育的困境及其突围 被引量:2

摘要 通过对我国中部H省6个县(市)的部分乡村教师进行深度访谈,发现乡村学校劳动教育存在认知窄化、师资弱化、实施虚化、评价简化等困境。乡村学校原本是离体力劳动“最近”的地方,但如今它却成为离劳动教育“最远”的地方。针对深度访谈总结出的乡村学校劳动教育存在的困境以及分析困境出现的原因,立足于乡村学校劳动教育自身的现实性与特殊性,建议采取以下突围与发展对策:建构乡村学校教师和学生家长科学的劳动教育观念,打造全员性的乡村劳动教育教师队伍,合理利用当地资源开展在地化劳动教育,注重以家校社协同方式开展劳动教育,构建简便易行的劳动教育评价体系,从而改变乡村学校劳动教育的现状。 Through in-depth interviews with rural teachers in 6 counties(cities)of H Province in central China,it is found that there are dilemmas of labor education in rural schools,such as narrow cognition of labor education,weak construction of teacher team,superficial implementation and simplified evaluation.The village was originally the nearest place to labor,but now it has become the farthest place from labor education.Based on the reality and particularity of labor education in rural schools,the following strategies are proposed for the development of labor education in rural schools:to construct a scientific concept of labor education for teachers and parents of rural schools,to build a team of rural labor education teachers,to reasonably use local resources to carry out localized labor education,to strengthen home-school-community cooperation for labor education,and to build a simple and feasible labor education evaluation system,so as to change the current situation of rural school labor education.
