摘要
针对选煤厂高压开关柜监测手段实时性差、监测参数单一、测量精度低等问题,提出了一种基于CAN总线通信、多传感器融合检测的选煤厂高压开关柜智能监测系统设计方案。系统采用现场分布式传感器实时采集高压开关柜开关触头温度、断路器真空度及振动量、分合闸速度等重要参数,通过CAN总线通信网络传输数据,有效实现高压开关柜的全方位远程在线监测,实时掌握开关柜运行状态。
A design scheme for an intelligent monitoring system of high-voltage switchgear in coal preparation plants based on CAN bus communication and multi-sensor fusion detection is proposed to address the current issues of poor real-time monitoring methods,single monitoring parameters,and low measurement accuracy of high-voltage switchgear in coal preparation plants.The system adopts on-site distributed sensors to collect important parameters such as switch contact temperature,circuit breaker vacuum and vibration,and opening and closing speed of high-voltage switchgear in real time,and transmits the data through CAN bus communication network,effectively realizing all-around remote on-line monitoring of high-voltage switchgear,and grasping the operating status of switchgear in real time.
