摘要
新时代,在高校学报研究中,应引入“人才资源”这一整体性人才概念。“人才是第一资源”。应坚持这一理念,采取多种措施,整合稀缺的人才资源,以解决高校学报编辑出版缺乏高层次人才参与谋划和运作指导、缺乏创新型管理人才开拓发展路径、缺乏高水平研究人员从内容上给予支撑、缺乏复合型编辑团队、缺乏高水平读者反馈和互动交流等问题,让多个领域的高层次人才助力高校学报改进编辑出版工作,实现高质量发展。
During the New Era,the concept of"talent resources"should be introduced to the college journals in their efforts to boost high-quality development.This concept addresses the scarcities of 1)intellectuals involved in planning and operating;2)creativity in journal managing and extending;3)research in content creating;4)versatility in editing team-building;5)feed-back from the readers to improve editing.College journals should firmly believe that"talent is the primary resource"and inte-grate valuable talent resources from different approaches so that talented people across diverse fields participate in the high-quality development to the journals.
