摘要
中国文化走出去需要地方文化的积极参与和有效外宣,然而当前地方文化外译质量、走出去效果亟需提高。文章系统分析地方文化外宣现状,总结成功与不足,并借鉴部分城市的成功经验和相关专家学者的建议,提出助推地方文化走出去的译介策略:直译、直译加注、意译、异化归化共用。
Chinese cultures'going global need local cultures'active participation and effective international commu-nication,while currently local cultures'translation and output capacity are in great need of improvement.Through sys-tematically analyzing local cultures'international communication,summarizing the successes and failures,and learning from the achievements of some cities and insightful views of some experts,some translating strategies,including literal translation,literal translation with note,free translation,foreignizing and domesticating for local cultures'going global are proposed..
