摘要
日本经济学家河上肇认为,经济发展应该以“劳动的游戏化”为目标。他指出,劳动是当下人们生活中痛苦的主要来源。劳动导致的痛苦,除了肉体上的劳累还有精神上的疲惫。精神疲惫往往缘于劳动是实现其他目标的手段,而非目的本身。人们在完成劳动后,并没有直接实现目标并获得满足感。相反,人们在进行游戏时能够得到实时的反馈,并使人快乐。为此,河上肇希望使劳动成为游戏一般的行为,使劳动成为目的本身,让劳动的趣味性减少劳动带来的痛苦。更好地实现“以人民为中心”的中国式现代化,真正实现人的全面发展,要求我们协调经济发展方式和劳动者幸福感之间客观存在的矛盾,切实做到经济与劳动者幸福感的共同增长。在这个意义上,河上肇的“劳动的游戏化”思想具有相当大的启示价值。
Japanese economist Kawakami Hajime believes that the development of the economy should aim at incorporating a"playful approach to labor."He points out that labor is the main source of pain in people's lives today.The pain of labor comes from not only the physical exhaustion but also the mental fatigue caused by labor as ia means to achieve other goals,rather than as an end in itself.People do not directly achieve their goals and feel satisfied after completing their labor.In contrast,people can get real-time feedback and feel happy when they are playing or at play.Therefore,Kawakami Hajime hopes to turn labor into an activity similar to playing,making labor an end in itself,and increasing the enjoyment and reducing the pain associated with labor.
