摘要
尿路感染是全球最常见的感染性疾病之一,给全世界的患者及其家庭、医疗卫生系统和国家经济均造成了沉重的负担。复发性持续性细菌感染随着抗生素耐药的增加而越发受到关注。尿路感染的持续和复发一直困扰着临床医生与研究者,而多菌感染更是尿路感染诊断及治疗的一大难题。目前,在尿路感染的持续复发这一领域,临床上对多菌感染的认识尚且不足,本文就尿路感染持续、复发的机制及多种微生物混合感染所致细菌耐药、耐受的研究现状、危害和给临床带来的一系列问题进行总结,希望能为尿路感染的临床诊治提供参考依据。
Urinary tract infection(UTI)is one of the most common infectious diseases in the world,which places a heavy burden on patients,their families,the health system,and national economies.With the increase of antibiotic resistance,recurrent and persistent bacterial infection has been paid more and more attention.The persistence and recurrence of urinary tract infection(UTI)have been perplexing clinicians and researchers,and polymicrobial infection is a difficult problem in the diagnosis and treatment of UTI.At present,the knowledge of polymicrobial infection is not enough in the field of persistent and recurrent urinary tract infections.It is hoped that this article will serve as a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of urinary tract infections.We summarized the mechanism of persistent and recurrent urinary tract infections as well as the harm,state of research,and a number of issues related to bacterial resistance and tolerance caused by mixed infection of multiple microorganisms.
