共混法一步纺生产高强抗紫外型锦纶6工业丝 被引量:1

Production of high-strength and UV resistant nylon 6 industrial yarn by one-step blending method

摘要 为提高锦纶6工业丝的抗紫外性能,选用一种挥发性低且具有良好热稳定性的草酰苯胺紫外线吸收剂UV-5和SEED作为助剂,与高黏锦纶6切片均匀混合,采用共混法改性锦纶6,通过一步纺工艺生产高强抗紫外型锦纶6工业丝。结果表明:UV-5的添加显著提高了锦纶6工业丝的强度保持率,当UV-5的添加量达到0.3‰时,锦纶6工业丝纺况稳定,断裂强度能达到8.2 cN/dtex,经过192 h紫外灯照射后,强度依然能保持在92.0%左右。 In order to improve the UV resistance of nylon 6 industrial yarn,a low volatility and good thermal stability oxalylaniline UV absorbent UV-5 and SEED were selected as additives,mixed evenly with high viscosity nylon 6 chips,and modified by blending method.High strength and UV resistant nylon 6 industrial yarn was produced through a one-step spinning process.The results show that the addition of UV-5 significantly improves the strength retention rate of nylon 6 industrial yarn.When the amount of UV-5 added reaches 0.3‰,the spinning condition of nylon 6 industrial yarn is stable,and the fracture strength can reach 8.2 cN/dtex.After 192 hours of UV lamp irradiation,the strength can still be maintained at around 92.0%.
