摘要
本文基于新一轮审核评估对课堂教学的要求,探讨了“以学为中心、以教为主导”的课堂教学的内涵和意义。同时,对“食品化学与分析”课程传统课堂教学现状和不足进行了分析,并从课程目标达成的角度出发,提出了针对课程内容设计、课程评价模式、教学资源整合等方面的教学改革探索,为应用型大学办学定位下的课堂教学提供参考。
This article explores the connotation and significance of"learner-centred and teacher-led"classroom teaching based on the requirements of the new round of review and evaluation of classroom teaching.At the same time,the problems existing in the traditional classroom teaching of"Food Chemistry and Analysis"course were analysed,and from the perspective of achieving the course objectives,teaching reform explorations were proposed for course content design,course evaluation mode and integration of teaching resources,providing a reference for classroom teaching under the positioning of applied universities.
