摘要
以滑石粉为基体,硫酸钛为钛源,尿素为沉淀剂,硝酸锌(Zn(NO_(3))_(2))为晶型促进剂,采用化学沉淀法制备金红石型二氧化钛(TiO_(2)),并沉积在滑石粉表面,制备TiO_(2)/滑石粉复合填料。结果表明,TiO_(2)/滑石粉复合填料的最佳制备条件为:滑石粉悬浮液质量分数5%、水解温度80℃、pH值=1.7、陈化时间3.0 h、硫酸钛溶液浓度0.25 mol/L、滴加速度3 mL/min、煅烧温度800℃。当其加填量为30%时,获得的装饰原纸的不透明度和白度最高,分别为97.3%和84.5%,与加填TiO_(2)纸张性能接近,可以替代TiO_(2)应用在装饰原纸中。
With talc as the matrix,titanium sulfate as the source of titanium,urea as the precipitant,and Zn(NO_(3))_(2) as the crystalline accel-erator,chemical precipitation method was used to prepare rutile-type titanium dioxide(TiO_(2)),which deposited on the surface of talc to pre-pare TiO_(2)/talc composite filler.The results showed that the optimum condition was suspension mass fraction of 5%,hydrolysis temperature at 80℃,pH value=1.7,aging time for 3.0 h,titanium liquid concentration of 0.25 mol/L,dropping velocity of 3 mL/min and calcination temperature at 800℃.When the composite filler obtained under this condition was added to the decorative base paper,the opacity and white-ness of prepared paper were 97.3%and 84.5%,respectively when the amount of filling was 30%,which were relatively similar to the perfor-mance of the paper filled with TiO2,indicating that composite filler could replace TiO_(2) used in the decorative base paper.
