响应面法优化球兰叶片总黄酮超声提取工艺 被引量:1

Optimization of the Ultrasonic Extraction Technology of Total Flavonoids from Hoya carnosa Leaves by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 为了探究超声提取球兰叶片总黄酮的工艺条件,促进福建球兰的开发利用。以球兰叶片为主要原材料,通过超声辅助提取,设计单因素试验探究提取时间、料液比及提取温度对球兰叶片总黄酮提取率的影响,并在此基础上进行响应面优化试验。结果表明:球兰叶片总黄酮最佳提取工艺条件为提取时间40 min、料液比1∶35、提取温度40℃,此最佳提取工艺条件下球兰叶片总黄酮的提取率为125.28 mg·g^(-1),与模型方程理论预测值126.18 mg·g^(-1)较接近。 In order to explore the process conditions of ultrasonic extraction of total flavonoids from the leaves of Hoya carnosa,and promote the development and utilization of Hoya carnosa in Fujian,the leaves of Hoya carnosa were used as the main raw material.Then,the effects of extraction time,solid-liquid ratio and extraction temperature on the extraction rate of total flavonoids from the leaves of Hoya carnosa were investigated by designing the single factor experiment through the ultrasonic-assisted extraction.On this basis,the response surface optimization experiment was carried out.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions for total flavonoids from the leaves of Hoya carnosa were as follows:the extraction time of 40 min,the solid-liquid ratio of 1∶35,the extraction temperature of 40℃.Under the optimum extraction conditions,the extraction rate of total flavonoids from the leaves of Hoya carnosa was 125.28 mg·g^(-1),which was close to the theoretical predicted value of 126.18 mg·g^(-1) predicted by the model equation.
