摘要
目的考察心理弹性对低年级本科生心理健康的影响以及学校适应的中介和调节作用。方法采用心理弹性量表、大学生适应量表、症状自评量表及自编的人口学资料调查问题对819名云南低年级本科生进行测量与分析。结果心理弹性对低年级本科生的心理健康具有预测作用(β=0.680,P<0.001),学校适应是心理弹性影响心理健康的中介变量[95%CI(-0.429,-0.313)]和调节变量(β=0.007,P<0.05)。结论可以通过提高心理弹性水平,或者促进学校适应来提高低年级本科生的心理健康水平。
Objective To investigate the effects of mental resilience on the mental health of lower-division undergraduates and the mediating and regulating effects of school adaptation.Methods A total of 819 junior college students in Yunnan were measured and analyzed with mental resilience scale,college students'adaptation scale,symptom checklist,and self-compiled demographic data survey questions.Results Mental resilience significantly predicts the mental health of lower-division undergraduates(β=0.680,P<0.001).School adaptation is a mediating variable and moderating variable of psychological resilience affecting mental health[95%CI(-0.429,-0.313),(β=0.007,P<0.05)].Conclusion The level of mental health in lower-division undergraduates can be improved by increasing the level of resilience or promoting school adaptation.
