摘要
口腔医学实验室建设作为学科建设的重要组成部分,它的建设水平在很大程度上影响着口腔专业的学术地位、社会影响力和未来发展前景。为提高口腔医学实验室的管理水平,本文结合6S管理理念,通过调查研究,分析当前口腔医学实验室管理现状,找出存在的问题并进行深入的剖析,结合目前管理制度,设计出一套符合高职高专口腔医学实验室的6S管理法的管理方案。
The construction of dental medicine laboratories is an important part of its discipline construction.Its con⁃struction level affects the academic status,social influence and future development prospects of the dental profession to a great extent.In order to improve the management level of oral medicine laboratories,this article combines the 6S management concept,analyzes the current situation of oral medical laboratory management through investigation and research,identifies existing problems and conducts in-depth analysis.Combined with the current management system,a set of management plans in line with the 6S management method of dental medical laboratories in higher vocational colleges were designed.
