单/双圆柱绕流实验教学平台设计与实践 被引量:2

摘要 以直立圆柱配合船池拖车完成单/双圆柱绕流对比实验教学。在单圆柱教学中,改变拖车航速,观察不同雷诺数下圆柱绕流现象,将圆柱绕流阻力无因次化后得到阻力系数,与理论值对比完成单圆柱绕流教学实验;在双圆柱绕流教学中,调节圆柱间距G范围为0.5~3.0倍直径,进行与单圆柱相同航速拖曳实验,观察双圆柱绕流的尾流场特征,测量圆柱阻力得出无因次阻力系数;对比单圆柱和不同间距双圆柱绕流的现象与阻力系数,完成等直径双圆柱不同间距下相互干扰情况的对比教学实验。本实验教学装置基于船模拖曳水池拖车系统设计,结构简单,实观现象明显,以单/双圆柱绕流实验开展对比教学可增进学生对知识体系的梳理,培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力。 A comparison experiment teaching is conducted using a vertical cylinder with the towing tank trailer to complete the flow around a single/double cylinder(s).While the single-cylinder teaching experiment,the towing speed is changed,and students observe the flow around the cylinder under different Reynolds numbers.The flow resistance of the cylinder is measured to obtain the resistance coefficient,and compare it with the theoretical value,the single-cylinder flow teaching experiment is completed.While the teaching of the flow around two circular cylinders,the spacing between the cylinders G is adjusted to be 0.5~3 times the diameter,and a tow experiment is conducted at the same speed as the single cylinder.The characteristics of the wake field around the two circular cylinders are observed,and the non-dimensional drag coefficient is obtained by measuring the cylinder resistance.Students compare the flow phenomena and resistance coefficients of a single cylinder and two cylinders with different spacings,and complete a comparative teaching experiment on the interference between two cylinders with equal diameters and different spacings.This experimental teaching device is based on the towing tank with a simple structure and obvious teaching phenomenon.The comparison of single/double cylinder flow experiments can enhance students’understanding of the knowledge system and cultivate their ability to analyze and solve problems.
