摘要
目的 对癫痫病患者目前的病耻感状况及其影响因素进行分析。方法 回顾性分析2023年1月1日—2023年12月31日在广州医科大学附属脑科医院住院治疗期间的103例癫痫患者的信息。使用自制的一般资料调查问卷、社会影响量表(Social impact scale,SIS)、社交回避及苦恼量表、自我隐瞒量表及自尊量表对上述患者展开信息搜集。采用Pearson法分析癫痫患者社会影响量表得分与社交回避及苦恼量表得分、自我隐瞒量表得分、自尊量表得分的相关性;利用多重线性回归模型对多个影响患者SIS得分的因素进行了分析。统计学中P<0.05被认为具有统计意义。结果 癫痫患者的SIS得分为(58.40±12.649)分。根据统计学分析Pearson的结果显示,发现癫痫患者的SIS得分与上述三个表的得分是呈正相关性的(P均<0.05)。多重线性回归分析结果显示,家庭月均收入、社交回避及苦恼量表、自我隐瞒量表及自尊量表得分均是癫痫患者SIS得分的影响因素(P均<0.05)。结论 对癫痫患者的心理变化,临床工作者应该保持密切关注并认真做好心理方面护理,从而改善患者生活质量。
Objective To analyze the current the sense of shame and its influencing factors in patients with epilepsy.Methods The research subjects selected information from 103 epilepsy patients who were hospitalized at the Affiliated Brain Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from January 1,2023 to December 31,2023.The self-made General Information Questionnaire,social impact scale(SIS),social avoidance and distress scale,self-concealment scale and self-esteem scale were used to collect information.Pearson method was used to analyze the correlation between the score of SIS and the scores of social avoidance and distress scale,self-concealment scale and self-esteem scale Multiple linear regression model was used to analyze the factors affecting SIS score.Statistically,P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results The score of SIS was(58.40±12.649).According to statistical analysis of Pearson’s results,the SIS score of patients with epilepsy was found to be positively correlated with the scores in the three tables above(all P<0.05).Multiple Regression analysis analysis showed that family income,social avoidance and distress scale,self-concealment scale and self-esteem scale were the influential factors of SIS score in epilepsy patients(all P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical workers should pay close attention to the psychological changes of patients with epilepsy and do a good job in psychological nursing,so as to improve the quality of life of patients.
