摘要
本文采用质性研究,收集产出导向法云共同体7名促研员的访谈数据,从组织者视角探究提升云共同体学员活动参与度的策略。研究发现,促研员主要采用4种策略提升学员活动参与度:找准角色、动态分组、实行轮值和树立榜样。促研员和学员的角色定位是促研员搭台、学员唱戏;采取的分组策略是找到平衡点、打好组合拳;轮值策略是轮流挑重担、打造群英会;树立榜样策略是表扬关键少数,带动绝大多数。基于研究发现,本文讨论了4种策略如何对学员产生“拉—推”效果,以期为虚拟教研室建设提供参考。
Based on the interview data from 7 facilitators,the qualitative study explores strategies to promote member engagement in activities in a Production-Oriented Approach Cloud Community from the organizers'perspective.The findings show that the facilitators mainly adopted four strategies to enhance member's participation in community activities,namely,identifying the respective roles of facilitators and members,dynamic grouping,implementing rotation,and setting role models.Specifically,the facilitators'role is to set up the stage and the members'role is to perform.The dynamic grouping strategy is to find the balance point and alternate homogeneous and heterogeneous grouping.The rotating strategy is to take turns to shoulder the responsibility and make every member shine along the way.The role-model strategy is to praise the exemplary cases to spur all others.Based on the findings,this study discusses how the four strategies pull and push members to get involved,and sheds light on how community organizers build virtual communities of teaching and research.
