摘要
目的 探讨对骨科患者给予人性化护理干预后的临床效果。方法 随机选取2020年2月—2022年4月荣成市人民医院脊柱外科收治的80例患者作为研究对象,依据投掷硬币法分为参照组(40例)和研究组(40例)。参照组实施基础常规护理干预,研究组在参照组基础上实施人性化护理干预。对比两组护理总满意度、生活质量评分、情绪状态评分以及并发症总发生率。结果 研究组护理总满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组生活质量评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组情绪状态评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率为10.00%,低于参照组的27.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.020,P<0.05)。结论 临床对骨科患者合理给予人性化护理干预后,患者护理满意度、生活质量提升,情绪状态改善以及并发症减少,可以发挥明显促进作用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of humanized nursing intervention for orthopedic patients.Meth-ods 80 patients admitted to the Spinal Surgery Department of Rongcheng People's Hospital from February 2020 to April 2022 were randomly selected as the research objects,and were divided into the reference group(40 cases)and the research group(40 cases)according to coin tossing method.The reference group implemented basic routine nursing intervention,and the study group implemented humanized nursing intervention on the basis of the reference group.Total nursing satisfaction,quality of life score,emotional state score and total complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nurs-ing,there was no statistically significant difference in emotional state scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was 10.00%,lower than that in the reference group(27.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.020,P<0.05).Conclusion After reasonable humanized nursing intervention for orthopedic pa-tients,it can play a significant role in promoting patients'nursing satisfaction,quality of life,improvement of emo-tional state and reduction of complications.
