摘要
在单机架可逆轧机生产过程中,道次数和各道次厚度分配是模型其他工艺参数计算的前提。结合首钢京唐18辊单机架可逆轧机过程控制系统的开发项目,主要完成如下工作:开发了系统的压下分配模型,为操作人员提供三种负荷分配模式(历史规程、经验规程和自动计算),通过调整压下分配策略,使模型符合现场生产规律;结合生产实际数据,对比三种负荷分配模式的计算结果,分析各自优缺点,从而为现场生产提供指导;通过C#开发控制界面,为操作人员提供选择负荷分配模式的人机交互界面,提高系统的友好性。
In the production of single stand reversing mill,the total passes and the thickness distribution of each pass are the premise of other model parameters.Based on exploitation on process control system of eighteen high single-stand reversible rolling mill of Jingtang Steel Co.,Ltd,complete the main works are shown as follows:the pressure distribution model is developed,which provides three draft distribution modes(historical rules,experience rules and automatic calculation)for the operators.The model was consistent with on-site production rules by adjusting the draft distribution strategy.Through the actual production data,the calculation results of the three draft distribution modes are compared,and the advantages and disadvantages of each model are analyzed,so as to provide guidance for the field production.The C#develop HMI provides the operators with the human-computer interface to select draft distribution mode,and improves the system friendliness.
