离子色谱法测定兽药片剂中镁含量方法研究

Study on the Determination of Mg^(2+)Contents in Veterinary Tablets by Ion Chromatography

摘要 用1 mol/L盐酸溶液超声溶解兽药片剂,并应用离子色谱法进行兽药片剂中镁的测定。盛瀚SHCC-3L阳离子色谱柱为固定相,5 mmol/L甲基磺酸水溶液为淋洗液,阳离子抑制器抑制电流为15 mA,电导检测器检测。结果表明:所建立的方法在镁离子浓度0.010~0.20μg/mL时其线性关系良好(R^(2)=0.9995),检出限浓度小于0.0050μg/mL,定量限浓度小于0.010μg/mL,镁离子加标回收率99.22%~106.41%。该方法样品前处理简单,分析结果准确,重复性好,可用于兽药片剂中镁的含量测定。 Mg^(2+)in the veterinary tablet was dissolved by 1 mol/L HCl solution and the Mg^(2+)contents were determined by ion chromatography.SH-CC-3L cationic column was used as fixed phase,5 mmol/L aqueous methyl sulphonic acid solution was used as leacheate,the inhibitory current of cation repressor was 15 mA,and the conductance detector was used.The experimental results showed that the linear range of Mg^(2+)contents was 0.010~0.20μg/mL(R^(2)=0.9995).The detection limit concentration and the quantitative limit concentration were less than0.0050μg/mL and 0.010μg/mL respectively.The recovery rate of Mg^(2+)was ranged from 99.22%~106.41%.This method had the advantages of simple sample pretreatment,accurate analysis results and fine repetition.So this method could be used for determination of Mg^(2+)contents in veterinary tablets.
