某SGT5-8000H燃气轮机叶片流道温度保护故障分析及处理

摘要 基于某SGT5-8000H燃气轮机叶片流道温度的测点布置及保护逻辑等,介绍与叶片流道温度保护相关的两起故障及其处理方式。结果表明:针对卡件故障引起的多个叶片流道温度测点故障,在线更换新卡件后叶片流道温度均恢复正常;针对机组启动过程中分散度保护故障,分析各燃烧器对应的叶片流道温度偏差,对进气喷管滤网进行清洗后燃气轮机顺利启动。 Based on the measuring point arrangement and protect logic of interval channel temperature protection in a SGT5-8000H gas turbine,an introduction was conducted on the two faults related to interval channel temperature protection and their treatments.Results show that,for the fault of several measuring points for interval channel temperature protection caused by the card fault,the interval channel temperatures all return to normal values through changing the faulty card to the new card online.For the spread protection fault during unit start-up,combined with analyses on the interval channel temperature deviations among burners,the gas turbine can start smoothly after the cleaning for the filters of gas intake nozzle.
