摘要
针对架空导线在实际工况中受自然环境影响出现导线断股现象,开展钢芯铝绞线(aluminum conductor steel reinforced, ACSR)断股稳态温度与断股后疲劳损伤方面的研究。首先,以LGJ-240/30型号导线为例搭建损伤导线载流试验平台,分析导线在不同损伤条件下的温度特性,利用测温数据线性拟合出损伤导线局部温度与断股之间的关系。其次搭建对应导线的有限元模型,通过计算损伤导线的单位产热率,对损伤导线截面的温度特性进行数值模拟;利用损伤导线与无损导线之间的温度差,拟合损伤导线局部温度与断股之间的关系,验证试验得到的线性关系。最后,针对导线的运行工况,由理论研究确定关键运行参数,提出一种输电线路疲劳损伤监测系统,该系统已应用于广东省某220 kV输电线路,成功对此线路的疲劳损伤状态进行实时监测。
Aiming at the problem of broken strands of the overhead conductors in actual working conditions caused by the natural environment,a study on the fatigue damages of aluminum conductor steel reinforced(ACSR)strand breakage and steady-state temperature was carried out.Firstly,the LGJ-240/30 type wire was used as an example to build a current-carrying test of the damaged conductor,the temperature characteristics under different damage conditions was analyzed,and the temperature data were used to linearly fit the relationship between the local temperature of the damaged conductor and the broken strand.Next,the finite element model of the corresponding conductor was built,and the temperature characteristics of the damaged conductor section was simulated numerically by calculating the unit heat production rate of the damaged conductor.Using the temperature difference between the damaged conductor and the undamaged conductor,the relationship between the local temperature of the damaged conductor and the broken strand was fitted to verify the linear relationship obtained from the test.Finally,for the operating conditions of the conductor,the key operating parameters were determined by the theoretical study,and a structure based on the fatigue damage monitoring system for transmission lines was proposed.This system is applied in one 220 kV transmission line in Guangdong province and successfully detects fatigue damage state of the line in real time.
