摘要
辅导员职业化作为高校辅导员队伍建设的重要内容,相关研究成果比较丰富,但学术界现有的研究成果中涉及研究方法的较少且零散,缺乏系统的梳理和分析。为此,本研究对国内涉及辅导员职业化的研究方法的相关文献进行梳理分析。研究发现,高校辅导员职业化的研究方法呈现出多元性、跨学科、针对性等特征。未来,高校辅导员职业化的研究方法可以从立足基本范式,注重方法适切性;创新智能方法,完善方法体系;促进学科交融,提升研究层次等方面进行深入研究。
As an important aspect of the development of college advisor teams,the professionalization of college advisors has yielded a series of rich research results in the academic community.However,existing research results involving research methods are few and fragmented,lacking systematic sorting and analysis.Therefore,this study sorts out and analyzes the relevant literature on the research methods of advisor professionalization in China.It is found that the research methods of college advisor professionalization present the characteristics of diversity,interdisciplinarity,and pertinence.In the future,the research methods of college advisor professionalization can be further studied from the aspects of basing on basic paradigms,paying attention to the appropriateness of methods;innovating intelligent methods,improving the method system;promoting the integration of discipline,and improving the research level.
