摘要
目的分析中药联合微波理疗在产科剖宫产手术切口愈合不良中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2019年1月—2021年12月苏州市吴江区第五人民医院收治的180例剖宫产术后患者的临床资料,根据术后手术切口的处理方式分组。将采取微波理疗及常规切口处理的患者纳入常规组(90例),采取微波理疗联合中药(大黄、芒硝)治疗的患者纳入研究组(90例),对比两组患者的切口愈合效果、温哥华瘢痕量表(Vancouver Scar Scale,VSS)评分及视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分、切口愈合相关临床指标以及血清炎症因子水平。结果研究组切口愈合效果优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组VSS及VAS评分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组切口红肿、皮下硬结、切口渗液消退时间及切口愈合时间短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组C反应蛋白水平为(7.21±3.63)mg/L低于常规组的(9.27±4.19)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(t=3.525,P<0.05)。结论微波理疗联合中药治疗能改善切口愈合效果,减轻炎症反应和切口疼痛程度,促进切口恢复,总体治疗效果佳。
Objective To analyze the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with microwave physiotherapy in the treatment of poor incision healing in obstetric cesarean section operation.Methods Clinical data of 180 patients after cesarean section treated in the Wujiang District Fifth People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were retrospectively selected for analysis,and grouped according to the treatment of postoperative surgical incisions.The patients receiving microwave physiotherapy and conventional incision treatment were included in the routine group(90 cases),and the patients receiving microwave physiotherapy combined with Chinese medicine(rhubarb,mirabilite)were included in the study group(90 cases).Incision healing effect,Visual Analogue Scale(VSS)and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores,clinical indexes related to incision healing and serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The wound healing effect of the study group was better than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VSS and VAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Incision swelling,subcutaneous induration,incision effusion resolution time and incision healing time in the study group were shorter than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The C-reactive protein level of the study group was(7.21±3.63)mg/L,which was lower than that of the routine group(9.27±4.19)mg/L,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.525,P<0.05).Conclusion Microwave physiotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine can improve the healing effect of incision,reduce inflammation and incision pain,and promote incision recovery,and the overall therapeutic effect is excellent.
