摘要
目的 分析对子宫肌瘤实施经腹+经阴道超声的应用价值与确诊率。方法 将2020年1月—2023年1月新会区妇幼保健院疑似子宫肌瘤患者80例设为研究样本,所有患者均给予经腹超声、阴道超声及两者联合检查,将宫腔镜检查结果(金标准)与经腹超声+阴道超声检查结果进行对照,计算经腹超声+阴道超声检查对子宫肌瘤的诊断效能。结果 联合检查诊断准确度、灵敏度及特异度(96.25%、96.67%、95.00%)相较于经腹超声(62.50%、66.67%、50.00%)、阴道超声(77.50%、80.00%、70.00%)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=84.015、71.573、15.340,P<0.05)。结论 经腹联合经阴道超声可大幅度提升对子宫肌瘤的确诊率。
Objective To analyze the application value and diagnosis rate of transabdominal+transvaginal ultrasound for uterine fibroids.Methods 80 patients with suspected uterine fibroids in Xinhui District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 and January 2023 were set up as the study sample.All patients were given transabdominal ultrasound,vaginal ultrasound,and a combination of both.The diagnostic validity of transabdominal ultrasound+transvaginal ultrasound for uterine fibroids was calculated by comparing the results of hysteroscopy(gold standard)with transabdominal ultrasound+transvaginal ultrasound.Results The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of the combined examination(96.25%,96.67%,95.00%)were higher than those of transabdominal ultrasound(62.50%,66.67%,50.00%)and transvaginal ultrasound(77.50%,80.00%,70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=84.015,71.573,15.340,P<0.05).Conclusion Transabdominal combined with transvaginal ultrasound can substantially improve the diagnosis rate of uterine fibroids.
