摘要
目的 探究抗人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus, HPV)中药凝胶治疗HPV感染的临床研究。方法 抽取2019年5月—2021年5月扬州市中医院收治的100例HPV感染患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组采用抗HPV中药凝胶治疗,对照组采用保妇康栓治疗。比较两组HPV-DNA转阴率、中医症候疗效。结果 观察组HPVDNA转阴率(64.00%)高于对照组(42.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.857,P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组HPV16型及HPV18型hr-HPV DNA病毒载量水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组HPV16型及HPV18型hr-HPV DNA病毒载量水平均降低,且观察组变化幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对HPV感染患者,通过采用抗HPV中药凝胶治疗,能够提升HPV转阴率,提升中医症候的治疗总有效率,以及临床上患者的中医症候评分,促进宫颈局部免疫平衡。
Objective To investigate the clinical study of anti-human papilloma virus(HPV)traditional Chinese medicine gel for the treatment of HPV infection.Methods A total of 100 patients with HPV infection admitted to Yangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with anti-HPV Chinese medicine gel,and the control group was treated with Baofukang suppository.The negative conversion rate of HPV-DNA and the curative effect of TCM symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results The HPV-DNA conversion rate in the observation group(64.00%)was higher than that in the control group(42.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.857,P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the HPV16 and HPV18 hr-HPV DNA viral load levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the HPV16 and HPV18 hr-HPV DNA viral load levels in both groups decreased,and the observation group showed a greater change than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with HPV infection,treatment with anti-HPV traditional Chinese medicine gel can enhance the HPV conversion rate,improve the total effective rate of treatment of Chinese medicine symptoms,as well as the clinical score of patients'Chinese medicine symptoms,and promote the local immune balance of the cervix.
