摘要
目的分析右美托咪定对七氟烷全身麻醉经尿道钬激光碎石取石手术患者苏醒期躁动的影响。方法选取2021年8月—2023年7月六盘水市钟山区人民医院收治的80例经尿道钬激光碎石取石手术患者为研究对象,随机数表法分为对照组(40例,七氟烷全身麻醉)和研究组(40例,右美托咪定联合七氟烷全身麻醉)。观察并统计两组的麻醉效果。结果研究组各项手术治疗时间指标均比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组躁动评分和疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组躁动发生率为2.50%,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05)。研究组血流动力学指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对经尿道钬激光碎石取石手术七氟烷全身麻醉患者联合右美托咪定,能够更好地缓解疼痛,降低躁动评分,稳定患者状态。
Objective To study the effect of dexmedetomidine on emergence agitation in patients undergoing transurethral holmium laser lithotripsy under sevoflurane general anesthesia.Methods 80 patients undergoing transurethral holmium laser lithotripsy who were admitted to Zhongshan District People's Hospital of Liupanshui City from August 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study object.The patients were divided into control group(40 cases,general anesthesia with sevoflurane)and study group(40 cases,general anesthesia with dexmedetomidine combined with sevoflurane)using random number table method.Observed and counted the anesthetic effects of the two groups.Results All surgical treatment time indicators in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The agitation score and pain score of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The agitation incidence rate of the study group(2.50%)was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05).After surgical treatment,the hemodynamic indicators of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing transurethral holmium laser lithotripsy surgery with sevoflurane general anesthesia combined with dexmedetomidine,it can better relieve pain,reduce agitation scores,and stabilize the patient's condition.
