摘要
目的探讨内镜下聚桂醇硬化剂局部注射治疗Ⅱ~Ⅲ期内痔患者的临床效果。方法选取2019年3月—2021年3月普宁华侨医院120例内痔患者,依据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例,对照组实施吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoid,PPH)治疗,观察组实施内镜下聚桂醇硬化剂局部注射治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、手术一般情况、肛周疼痛程度、并发症以及复发率。结果观察组总有效率95.00%高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.227,P<0.05);术前,两组患者视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组术后1、3、5 d VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内镜下聚桂醇硬化剂局部注射用于Ⅱ~Ⅲ期内痔患者的治疗,可改善术后一般情况,减轻疼痛,提高疗效,不增加并发症发生率以及复发率。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic local injection of lauromacrogol hardener in the treatment of stageⅡtoⅢhemorrhoids.Methods A total of 120 patients with internal hemorrhoids in Puning Overseas Chinese Hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoid(PPH),and the observation group was treated with local injection of lauromacrogol hardener under endoscope.The clinical efficacy,operation conditions,perianal pain degree,complications and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.227,P<0.05).Before surgery,there was no statistically significant difference in Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)between the two groups(P>0.05).The VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 1,3 and 5 days after surgery,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Local injection of lauromacrogol hardener under endoscope for the treatment of patients with stageⅡtoⅢhemorrhoids can improve the general postoperative conditions,reduce pain,improve curative effect,and do not increase the incidence of complications and recurrence.
