摘要
目的研讨在胃息肉治疗中应用无痛胃镜下氩气刀切除术的效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年5月山东省泰山医院诊治的71例胃息肉患者为研究对象,按照信封法分为对比组(n=36)和研究组(n=35)。对比组采用常规氩气刀切除术,研究组采用无痛胃镜下氩气刀切除术,比较两组临床疗效、围术期指标、应激指标、并发症发生率。结果研究组临床有效率为94.29%,高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.997,P=0.046);研究组围术期指标优于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后,研究组应激指标优于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.042,P<0.05)。结论在胃息肉治疗中应用无痛胃镜下氩气刀切除术,不但可以提高治疗效果,改善围术期,减轻应激反应,还能够减少并发症发生率。
Objective To study the effect of painless gastroscopic argon air knife resection in the treatment of gastric polyps.Methods 71 patients with gastric polyps diagnosed and treated in Taishan Hospital of Shandong Province from January 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(n=36)and research group(n=35)according to envelope method.The comparison group underwent conventional argon knife resection,while the study group underwent argon knife resection under painless gastroscope.The clinical efficacy,perioperative indexes,stress indexes and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effective rate of the study group was 94.29%,which was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.997,P=0.046).The perioperative indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the surgery,the stress index of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.042,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of painless gastroscopic argon air knife resection in the treatment of gastric polyps can not only improve the treatment effect,improve the perioperative period,reduce stress reactions,but also reduce the incidence of complications.
