核磁共振成像技术在乳腺癌诊断期间的应用价值研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨在实施乳腺癌诊断期间核磁共振成像技术的应用价值。方法选取2019年12月—2022年12月常熟市中医院乳腺外科就诊的66例疑似乳腺癌患者为研究对象,对所有患者合理展开X线钼靶检查以及核磁共振成像检查,将手术病理检查作为金标准。观察对比两种方法的诊断效能。结果临床针对疑似乳腺癌患者开展病理诊断,最终46例患者为阳性,20例患者为阴性。与X线钼靶诊断效能比较,核磁共振成像检查的灵敏度(95.65%)、特异度(95.00%)及准确度(95.45%)均更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.533、19.355、27.885,P<0.05)。结论临床对乳腺癌患者在实施诊断期间,核磁共振成像技术的应用效果明显。同X线钼靶检查比较,乳腺癌诊断特异度、诊断灵敏度以及诊断准确度更高,从而对乳腺癌疾病的顺利诊治提供依据,凸显在实施乳腺癌诊断期间,核磁共振成像技术的应用价值。 Objective To explore the application value of MRI in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods From December 2019 to December 2022,66 suspected breast cancer patients in Changshu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine breast surgery were selected as the research objects.All patients were reasonably examined by X-ray molybdenum target examination and magnetic resonance imaging,and surgical and pathological examinations were taken as the gold standard.Observed and compared the diagnostic performance of two methods.Results Clinically,pathological diagnosis was carried out for suspected breast cancer patients,and 46 patients were positive and 20 patients were negative.Compared with the diagnostic efficacy of X-ray molybdenum target,the sensitivity(95.65%),specificity(95.00%),and accuracy(95.45%)of magnetic resonance imaging examination were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.533,19.355,27.885,P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of breast cancer patients,the application of MRI technology has obvious effect.Especially compared with X-ray mammography,it can significantly improve the diagnostic specificity,diagnostic sensitivity and diagnostic accuracy of breast cancer,thus providing a basis for the smooth diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer disease,highlighting the application value of MRI technology during the implementation of breast cancer diagnosis.
