摘要
目的评估中枢神经系统淋巴瘤采用MRI诊断的有效性。方法选取2020年6月—2023年6月威海市立医院接诊的100例疑似中枢神经系统淋巴瘤患者作为研究对象,均提供CT诊断和MRI诊断,以病理诊断作为最终参考标准,分析在中枢神经系统淋巴瘤诊断中应用CT诊断和MRI诊断的效果。结果病理检查结果显示阳性率为78.00%,CT诊断的阳性率为70.00%,MRI诊断的阳性率为77.00%。MRI诊断的敏感度97.44%、特异度95.45%、准确率97.00%,均高于CT诊断的79.49%、63.64%、76.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.581、6.844、18.882,P<0.05)。结论中枢神经系统淋巴瘤采用MRI诊断具有较高的应用效能,值得在临床中推广使用。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of MRI in the diagnosis of central nervous system lymphoma.Methods A total of 100 patients suspected of CNS lymphoma admitted to Weihai Municipal Hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.CT diagnosis and MRI diagnosis were provided for all patients,and pathological diagnosis was taken as the final reference standard to analyze the effects of CT diagnosis and MRI diagnosis in the diagnosis of CNS lymphoma.Results The positive rate of pathological examination was 78.00%,that of CT diagnosis was 70.00%,and that of MRI diagnosis was 77.00%.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of MRI diagnosis were 97.44%,95.45%and 97.00%,which were higher than those of CT diagnosis(79.49%,63.64%and 76.00%),and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.581,6.844,18.882,P<0.05).Conclusion MRI diagnosis of central nervous system lymphoma has high application efficiency,and it is worth promoting in clinical use.
