摘要
为提高规划质量和工作效率,依托“网上电网”平台现有功能,探索“全线上、零调研”规划方式,提出了基于“网上电网”的配电网网格化规划方法,并选取石狮配电网作为案例开展了应用研究,实例证明该方法能实现配电网网格化规划全线上作业。
In order to improve planning quality and work efficiency,this article explores the"full line,zero survey"planning method based on the existing functions of"online power grid"platform,proposes a grid planning method for distribution networks.Practical case application in Shishi distribution network proves the feasibility of the proposed method in achieving fully online planning for distribution networks.
