摘要
为适应数字经济发展趋势,提升高职院校人才培养与产业转型的协调发展,以数字化转型相关政策为指导,以高职专业数字化转型升级为研究重点进行探讨,提出在优化专业布局的基础上,推进人才培养方案、课程体系、教师能力、教学内容、教学资源、教学方法与手段、教学评价等全方位、全程化的数字化改造与升级,以适应各行各业对数字技能人才的需求。
In order to adapt to the development trend of the digital economy and enhance the coordinated development of talent cultivation and industrial transformation in vocational colleges,guided by policies related to digital transformation,and with the digital transformation and upgrading of vocational majors as the research focus,this paper proposes to promote the comprehensive development of talent cultivation plans,curriculum systems,teacher abilities,teaching content,teaching resources,teaching methods and means,and teaching evaluation on the basis of optimizing professional layout,to meet the demand for digital skilled talents in various industries.
